INTERESTED IN COACHING?  Please see each specific sport for details on coaching - Football 2010 a coaching clinic will be mandatory (see football tab)

We will be having CPR classes for coaches (FCYSO will pay for the certification) as we would like to have all coaches certified for the safety of our children and our program.  More details to follow on class availability - the classes will be held in Fort Calhoun for convenience.

Our next FCYSO Board Meeting is in March - Time TBD.  All meetings have an open invitation and we encourage you to attend - the more input we have in our programs the better we will be in 2010!

The FCYSO is still seeking assistance in filling positions for 2010. The urgency is now upon us to ensure no disruption in any 2010 offerings. If these positions are not filled, there will be a reduction and possibly an elimination of some offerings.  If you are interested in learning more about any positions within the organization, please attend the FCYSO Board meeting The official election of 2010 positions will occur at that time.

    Welcome to the Fort Calhoun Youth Sports Organization Website

    The purpose of the Fort Calhoun Youth Sports Organization is to create a youth sports program based upon the ideals of good sportsmanship, integrity, personal responsibility, self-sacrifice, and teamwork taught through organized athletic activities.  The primary goal is to foster these qualities within each individual in a positive environment.

    Fort Calhoun Youth Sports Organizations is 100% volunteer organization.  We are always looking for volunteers!  If you are interested please contact a board member!

    We appreciate all those who volunteer their time and talent to our organization.  We are fortunate to have such a great community!

    Each Director will also need volunteer assistance. If you are willing to help in any capacity, please contact the specific Director in charge of that area.

    FCYSO’s focus is the youth within the Fort Calhoun area. As we all work together, we will continue to strengthen and be a positive influence in our community.

    FCYSO currently supports baseball/softball, soccer, football, cheer, basketball and volleyball.
