Duties of the position include:
Being an active member of FCYSO Team and attend necessary FCYSO meetings.
Partner with the high school coach to develop a true 1st grade - 12 grade program to ensure our players learn the fundamentals and are prepared for high school play when they get there.
Assist with registration set up. This includes pricing of season.
Roster teams and assign coaches and team parents.
Manage inventory, ordering and distribution of team equipment.
Uniform selection, order, and distribution.
Organize a coaches meeting.
Overseeing program development and having dialogue with parents and coaches about the evolution of players in the sport.
Organize schedule and get teams into their respective leagues.
Facilitate game and practice schedules through the city scheduler.
Monitor and support coaches and team parents throughout the year.
